Our Environment
The Honey Bears Room (Babies)
Where our youngest bears come to enjoy a variety of activities including sensory play & music & movement. The Honey Bears Room welcomes children from birth to around 24 months – this may differ depending on each unique child and their readiness to progress to the next room. It is a calming environment situated away from the main nursery, offering a peaceful space for our newest bears to make secure bonds with their key worker & settle into nursery at their own pace.
Sun & Moon Bears (Toddlers)
Situated in the main nursery, these rooms have a real home from home feel and are occupied by our toddlers. From potty training, to pouring our own drinks, here our little bears are encouraged to become independent thinkers.
Each room is filled with a variety of resources, sparking curiosity, and building our imaginations. The perfect spot to let our personalities shine!
Teddy Bears (Pre-School)
Home to our oldest Bears, the Teddy Bear Room celebrates all kinds of children- from the curious scientist to the imaginative bookworm. Here we see friendships, social skills, and teamwork thrive. As our bears near the end of their journey with us they continue to develop the independence skills needed for their next chapter at big school. We are left feeling so proud of our thriving, talented & thoughtful Teddy Bears.
Garden
Externally, we boast a generously sized and well-equipped garden, also a separate sensory garden where children are able to express themselves through mark making, planting and various sensory activities.
